William J. Baine

With over 38 years of experience in complex litigation matters, Bill has fine-tuned his practice to effectively protect and advance the interests of his clients in the most cost effective manner. He has aggressively and successfully represented individuals, businesses and corporate entities in both state and federal court ranging from insurance disputes, contractual disputes, construction defects, defective design, poor workmanship, business torts, fraud, Deceptive Trade Practices, misrepresentation, professional liability, defamation, and medical malpractice.

Before starting his own firm in 2006, Bill practiced at the international law office of Fulbright & Jaworski. He founded his own practice to emphasize the value of his clients, employees, and the community at large. Recognizing the best method and manner of resolving disputes and solving problems is an important aspect of Bill’s practice. Bill believes that developing and implementing a strategy, whether through non-litigation avenues or by litigation, consistent with client needs and concerns to address the issues presented is the key to providing effective legal services.
