Emilie P. Baine

Emilie Baine has over 25 years of complex litigation experience including business disputes, medical malpractice, products liability, medical device and pharmaceutical defects, defamation and business disparagement, and employment disputes. Her practice currently focuses on commercial and business litigation, insurance, property damages and construction disputes.

Before joining The Baine Firm, P.C., Emilie practiced at the international law office of Fulbright & Jaworski and Davis & Santos. She has extensive experience with complex litigation involving multi-district litigation and has specific experience managing large case dockets with numerous plaintiffs. She has also teamed with others to create and manage large databases of electronically produced documents in multi-district litigation.

Emilie was born and raised in San Antonio and is very active in community services and in particular the San Antonio Children’s Museum.
